 Carl travaille pour une compagnie qui expérimente dans la création de nouvelles armes. Lorsqu'il a un différent avec son patron, on provoque un accident mortel et on décide de le transformer en cyborg. Carl becomes the victim of the company's special weapons project he works for. He is transformed into a robotic killing machine that, because of his programming, must destroy anything that comes near him.
